چکیده مقاله:

The nurses' obligation to patients is a fundamental aspect of healthcare practice, guaranteeing the protection of patient rights in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. In Iran, the responsibility for nursing conduct is influenced by the interaction between national legislation and Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), which together establish the boundaries for nursing behavior. This systematic research aims to investigate the core elements of nurses' civil liability as defined and regulated within the legal and jurisprudential framework of Iran. Acquiring a profound comprehension of these principles is crucial in order to reduce legal conflicts and improve the standard of patient care.
