In Iran, the responsibility for nursing conduct is influenced by the interaction between national legislation and Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), which together establish the boundaries for nursing behavior. This systematic research aims to investigate the core elements of nurses' civil liability as defined and regulated within the legal and jurisprudential framework of Iran.
