Relationship between covid -۱۹ vaccination and Takotsubo cardiomyopathy: a systematic

Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a distinct syndrome marked by temporary, localized reduction in left ventricular pumping function without blockage in the coronary arteries. Although the exact reasons linking COVID -۱۹ vaccination to Takotsubo cardiomyopathy are not fully known, factors like vascular spasm, increased stress response, high levels of inflammatory cytokines, and endothelial dysfunction are suggested. This thorough systematic review seeks to combine the current evidence on the possible connection between COVID -۱۹ vaccination and Takotsubo cardiomyopathy occurrence.
