چکیده مقاله:

This paper explores the fundamental principles of psychoanalysis as a therapeutic approach, focusing on the essential qualities that define a true psychoanalyst. Drawing from Freudian tradition and contemporary psychoanalytic theory, we examine the concept of free association, the analyst's floating attention, the importance of neutrality, and the ethical dimensions of the psychoanalytic relationship. The article emphasizes that psychoanalysis is distinguished by its commitment to uncovering the unconscious through minimal intervention, careful listening, and a non-judgmental stance. The paper concludes by providing guidance for aspiring psychoanalysts regarding training, supervision, case selection, and professional development.
