چکیده مقاله:

As hydrogen is now an important and clean energy source for various applications such as fuel for transportation, fuel cells, feedstock, energy carriers, reforming in refineries, and carbon dioxide valorization, it holds special significance. The production of hydrogen through methanol reforming processes has gained attention over the years. Herein, a numerical study of steam reforming process has been demonstrated. The results show that a tiny portion of the mass fraction at the bed's outflow is CO, which is produced via the reverse water-gas shift reaction. Depending on the downstream catalyst, this can be a problem. Propane mass fraction has been vanished and H۲ production has been increased.
