Providing a Model Based on the Parameters of Efficiency of the Educational Process in order to Increase the Level of Motivation of Students and Teachers During the Corona Pandemic Using System Dynamics

Many researchers have identified motivation as the main factor for moving towards a goal; In this action research, a model based on the parameters of efficiency of the educational process to increase the motivation of teachers and students during the outbreak of corona pandemic has been introduced using system dynamics. Corona pandemic has disrupted the normal process of education in the world. For this reason, there is a need to examine the changes in educational conditions and the systemic effects of the efficiency parameters of the educational process on each other in order to increase motivation in educational centers. In the first stage, the most important parameters of the efficiency of the education process and strategies to increase motivation have been obtained through review of previous research and the opinions of education experts, students and teachers. In the second stage, the obtained parameters have been classified based on the type of relationship with each other and then the type of relationship between the parameters and also the extent of their impact on each other has been determined. Afterwards, these parameters and the causal relationships between them have been modeled and analyzed using Vensim software. The results of this research show that the managers of educational centers can turn threats such as the outbreak of corona pandemic into opportunities for positive change by transforming the problem of increasing student and teacher motivation into a dynamic planning model based on the parameters of the educational process improving the level of motivation in training centers. Also, the output of the proposed model shows that, due to the use of system dynamics approach, internal communication education performance parameters are well considered and therefore strategies to increase motivation have an acceptable proportion with the reality of society.
