Evaluation of the expression of a miRNA in the blood of breast cancer patients in the Isfahan population

Despite advances in medical science, cancers, including breast cancer, play an important role in the death of patients and impose various costs on society, which necessitates the detection of the onset and progression of cancer at a lower cost and faster rate with non-invasive methods. miRNA play an important role in the onset and progression of cancer and can be used in the evaluation of the onset and progression of cancer as non-invasive factors for cancer detection. The aim of this study is to compare the expression of a miRNA in blood samples of ۱۰ breast cancer patients and blood samples of ۱۰ healthy individuals in the Isfahan population using real-time PCR (RT-PCR). No significant difference was observed between the intensity of expression in patients and healthy individuals. Our studies have shown that this miRNA cannot be considered as a biomarker in the Isfahan population.
