چکیده مقاله:
Hybrid learning has emerged as a transformative approach in primary education, combining traditional face-to-face instruction with digital learning tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This study explores the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing hybrid learning in primary schools, focusing on primary schools in Zone ۳, District ۲, Sanandaj, Kurdistan, Iran. The research highlights key benefits, including increased flexibility, personalized learning experiences, and improved accessibility to educational resources. Hybrid learning enables students to learn at their own pace while fostering interactive and collaborative learning environments. Additionally, it supports differentiated instruction, catering to diverse learning styles and needs. However, several challenges hinder its effectiveness, such as disparities in digital access, lack of teacher training, and the need for robust technological infrastructure. Many educators struggle with integrating digital tools effectively due to limited professional development opportunities. Moreover, students from lower-income backgrounds may face difficulties in accessing necessary devices and stable internet connections, leading to a digital divide. The study also examines pedagogical strategies that can maximize the effectiveness of hybrid learning, including blended lesson planning, active learning techniques, and formative assessment methods. The role of parental involvement is emphasized, as family support plays a crucial role in ensuring students adapt to new learning modalities. The findings suggest that a well-structured hybrid learning model, supported by teacher training programs and adequate resources, can significantly enhance the quality of primary education. Policymakers and educational institutions must address infrastructure gaps and invest in digital literacy programs to bridge the technological divide. Future research should focus on long-term impacts of hybrid learning on student performance and social development. In conclusion, while hybrid learning presents significant opportunities for innovation in primary education, overcoming its challenges requires strategic planning, equitable resource distribution, and continuous professional development for teachers. By leveraging technology effectively, hybrid learning can revolutionize primary education, making it more inclusive, engaging, and adaptable to the evolving needs of ۲۱st-century learners.
