چکیده مقاله:
The amorphous tri-metallic alloy Co-Fe-Ni exhibits unique properties due to its disordered atomic structure, making it highly suitable for electronics and magnetic sensing applications. This study focuses on optimizing physical vapor deposition (PVD) parameters to produce Co-Fe-Ni thin films on glass substrates and characterizing their properties using techniques such as XRD, FESEM, and VSM. Increasing RF power from ۱۰۰W to ۱۵۰W enhanced chemical interactions, leading to larger particle sizes, greater coating thickness, and higher surface roughness. The films transitioned from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, showed reduced absorbance, and improved transparency. VSM analysis revealed enhanced soft magnetic properties, with increased saturation magnetization and decreased remanent magnetization at higher power levels. These findings advance the understanding of Co-Fe-Ni thin films, supporting their use in advanced technologies.
