A STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE HR PRACTICES: INTEGRATING GREEN INITIATIVES INTO WORKFORCE POLICIES

Sustainable human resource (HR) practices are crucial in addressing environmental challenges and integrating green initiatives into workforce policies. These practices not only enhance environmental sustainability but also contribute to organizational efficiency and employee engagement. This study explores the role of sustainable HR practices in promoting green initiatives within organizations. By examining current literature and analyzing data collected from ۱۰۰ respondents, the research identifies key practices, challenges, and opportunities for implementing environmentally conscious HR strategies. Findings reveal that sustainable HR practices are vital for fostering a culture of sustainability, reducing environmental impact, and aligning organizational goals with global sustainability objectives.
