This research examines solutions for using industrial Internet of Things to improve the performance of Scada systems in power networks. It addresses improving power networks, reducing costs, and increasing operational efficiency. Integrating industrial Internet of Things leads to data collection and analysis. Preliminary research indicates that integration can improve operational efficiency and security of industrial systems. Considering existing infrastructures, this paper explores the best hybrid strategies to enhance Scada systems using industrial Internet of Things software and hardware. Given the nature of data collection in descriptive IoT research, this study focuses on "power distribution and transfer" companies. Initial data was collected through a questionnaire from ۹۲ experts and engineers in Tehran power distribution systems. Using hierarchical analysis method, the questionnaire was designed with ۱۰ criteria in ۳ variable frameworks. Results show that the best simple weighted method among three strategies examined in this research has a total score of ۶.۱۱۲ per device.
