Today, the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) into business negotiations presents a novel approach to enhancing decision-making and strategic planning. By leveraging IoT devices such as wearable sensors, smart meeting rooms, and real-time data analytics, it becomes possible to monitor and analyze participants’ physiological and behavioral signals, such as heart rate, body temperature, voice tone, and movement patterns. These insights can provide a deeper understanding of participants’ emotional states, stress levels, and engagement, which are critical factors in shaping negotiation dynamics. Additionally, IoT-driven data, combined with advanced predictive algorithms, can forecast negotiation outcomes, enabling businesses to adapt their strategies in real time. This paper highlights the potential of IoT to optimize business negotiations, fostering more effective communication and improved results.
