چکیده مقاله:

The present study has identified and ranked the factors affecting the adoption of artificial intelligence technology in e-commerce using a descriptive-survey method. The objectives of this study include identifying the effective variables, effective components, and structural model of the impact of the discovered components of the adoption of artificial intelligence technology in e-commerce and finally the weight of each of the obtained factors in relation to the rest of the factors should be ranked. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (factor analysis and structural equation analysis) have been used. The results show that technology and infrastructure have the highest rank among the variables affecting the adoption of artificial intelligence technology in e-commerce (importance coefficient of ۰.۷۰۹), after technology and infrastructure with a coefficient of ۰.۵۳۳, human resources with a coefficient of ۰.۳۶۶, and financial with a coefficient of ۰.۷۰۹, respectively The importance of ۰.۲۳۸ was the next rank in e-commerce.
