Since electrical energy is an important factor for the development of the world, many researchers have tried to generate electricity from renewable energy sources collected by sensors to overcome the shortage of electrical energy for household appliances and industrial areas. In this paper, we use an IoT-based system to generate electricity from three different modules, namely piezoelectric sensor, body-to-heat converter, and solar panels, and connect them to a power storage circuit to generate electrical energy. We also construct and validate the data generated from these modules through Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system and Artificial Neural Network to predict the generated output power. The validation of these models is done using root mean square error (RMSE) and correlation coefficient (R۲).
