چکیده مقاله:
Natural hazards have the potential to cause catastrophic damage and significant social and economic losses. Crisis management includes a set of measures that are used to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and rebuild and recover from critical events. Crises and natural disasters, disease outbreaks, occur quickly and without warning and often cause heavy losses. In the meantime, artificial intelligence, as one of the emerging technologies with its unique capabilities, has the ability to provide new and efficient solutions to face these crises. In a world full of crises such as pandemics and wars, artificial intelligence-based tools have become an important practical tool in the decision-making process. Crisis management represents the ways and methods that policymakers must act according to in order to resolve a sudden emergency. Sometimes an unprecedented situation occurs, such as the Covid-۱۹ pandemic, in which global governance has had to take action either based on the response of other countries or on its own. The huge amount of data available can no longer be analyzed with the help of conventional techniques and is now being done by artificial intelligence tools. Artificial intelligence has proven itself as a transformative technology, useful in many areas and has also shown significant potential to change all aspects of society. Artificial intelligence can be defined as the ability of computers to demonstrate human-like reasoning and solve problems that usually require human intelligence. The rapid expansion of digital infrastructure and equipment has created a high capacity for the use of new technologies for crisis control and management. This study also uses a variety of artificial intelligence models for crisis management.
