Legal, economic, cultural and social dimensions of artificial intelligence

With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, its impacts on various aspects of human life have become increasingly evident. This paper explores the legal, economic, social, and cultural dimensions of AI, aiming to analyze the challenges and opportunities this technology presents for different societies. The primary objective of this paper is to identify and analyze the effects of AI on the labor market, social justice, privacy, culture, and the arts, as well as to examine how this technology can act as a transformative force in contemporary societies. To achieve this goal, a descriptive-analytical research method has been employed. Various academic sources, research papers, reports from international organizations, and practical examples of AI applications in different societies have been examined as research data. Additionally, comparative analyses of AI's impact in developed and developing countries are included in this paper. The results of this study show that AI can improve productivity, reduce costs, and create new jobs in economic terms, but it may also lead to challenges such as increased inequality and the loss of traditional jobs. In social dimensions, AI has the potential to change human and social relationships, possibly resulting in decreased social interactions and increased isolation. On the other hand, in cultural and artistic spheres, this technology has brought about transformations in the production and consumption of art and digital culture, raising questions about the authenticity of artistic works and intellectual property. Furthermore, the legal challenges related to AI, particularly concerning privacy and social justice, are of significant importance. The paper ultimately emphasizes that in order to positively harness AI, there is a need to establish legal and ethical frameworks to minimize harm and maximize the benefits of this technology.
