چکیده مقاله:
Afghanistan, a country with many challenges in the field of infrastructure reconstruction and development, needs new approaches to solve its environmental, economic and social problems. The sustainable development model in construction projects, as a comprehensive solution, can play an important role in reducing the negative impacts of traditional construction. This model focuses on the three main axes of environmental sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability. Given the importance of the topic, the aim of this article is to design a sustainable development model in Afghan construction projects. In this regard, through a review of the research background, using past studies and research, as well as based on the opinions of experts, the factors affecting sustainable development in Afghan construction projects were determined. Next, using the neuro-fuzzy inference system method (and its implementation in MATLAB), a model for sustainable development in Afghan construction projects was designed. Afghanistan faces challenges such as resource scarcity, climate change, and infrastructure constraints. These challenges require an intelligent and flexible decision-making system that can combine various factors (environmental, economic, and social) into a comprehensive model. The results of this research show that the sustainable development model in construction projects not only helps to preserve natural resources and reduce economic costs, but also paves the way for the creation of sustainable, resilient, and adaptable infrastructures that meet the needs of the Afghan people. This model is considered an effective tool for building a sustainable and balanced future in this country.
