چکیده مقاله:

Nanotechnology holds immense promise for revolutionizing marine industries, offering innovative solutions to address pressing challenges and enhance sustainability. This article explores the diverse applications of nanotechnology in marine sectors, ranging from materials science and environmental monitoring to renewable energy generation and pollution control. In materials science, nanomaterials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes are enhancing the durability and corrosion resistance of marine infrastructure through advanced coatings. Nanotechnology-enabled sensors and monitoring systems provide real-time detection of pollutants and facilitate proactive environmental management. Advancements in nanomaterial-based membranes and filters are driving efficiency gains in desalination and water treatment, addressing freshwater scarcity in coastal regions. Additionally, nanotechnology is driving progress in renewable energy technologies, including solar cells and energy storage devices, supporting the transition to clean energy in marine applications. Despite the potential benefits, challenges such as environmental impact, regulatory compliance, and scalability remain. Collaboration among researchers, industry stakeholders, and policymakers is crucial to address these challenges and realize the full potential of nanotechnology in marine industries. This article underscores the importance of harnessing nanotechnology to build a sustainable and resilient future for marine industries, fostering innovation and collaboration to protect our oceans and marine ecosystems.
