چکیده مقاله:
Green building is a term that is considered for the new generation of buildings because most of the energy required in the building itself is supplied through the systems embedded in it that produce green energy, and because in these buildings no fossil fuels are used, they are free of carbon dioxide and have comprehensive systems to reduce energy consumption and increase efficiency. After the Industrial Revolution, especially during the era of architectural modernism, smart buildings emerged. The use of modern technologies and technologies in construction that originate from architecture is necessary to optimally use and control energy consumption, reduce waste, create comfort, and save time and building maintenance costs. Today, with the advancement of technology, it is possible to update building components to increase the level of interaction between humans and technology, to provide more comfort, to achieve safety, security, comfort, and better control of the space, and to bring a building as close as possible to the architectural indicators. There are various sustainable methods; one of the best methods is to use smart building systems. Therefore, in this article, smart green buildings with a sustainable architecture approach are discussed and investigated. The research method is to use a qualitative approach, and this article has been studied in the library method by studying books, articles, and magazines to examine the concepts of smart buildings, sustainable development, dimensions of sustainability, and existing examples related to sustainable architecture.
