Scientometric analysis and mapping of spouted bed, foam mat, refractance window and freeze spray dryingpublished during ۲۰۱۵-۲۰۱۹

This review aimed to provide recent information on the most relevant references, the most influential keywords inthe titles and abstracts, as well as the key countries active in the fields of spouted bed (SB), foam mat (FM),refractance window (RW) and freeze spray drying (SFD). In addition, this review aimed to provide a betterunderstanding of the current status of these novel drying technologies. In this regard, a total of ۲۴۳ full researchpublications were considered to search the intellectual structure of scientometrics from ۲۰۱۵ to ۲۰۱۹ using textmining and co-word analysis. The patterns and trends of scientometrics in Scopus were revealed by examining theassociation strength of the selected keywords which may develop a concept in the field of scientometrics. Thearticles used for this analysis were retrieved from Scopus; important keywords were extracted from the title andthe abstract of each article, subsequently it was mapped with VOSViewer.
