This article examines the role of artificial intelligence in international commercial arbitration. The impact of AI on the speed and efficiency of arbitration processes is also explored. AI, with its ability to quickly and accurately analyze vast amounts of data, can contribute to reducing costs and time required for dispute resolution. However, challenges such as legal issues, algorithmic neutrality, and the protection of sensitive data also arise. By reviewing reputable international sources and references, this paper ultimately concludes that while this emerging technology cannot completely replace legal professionals, it can serve as a powerful and unparalleled tool in improving efficiency, expediting processes, and ensuring justice in international commercial arbitration.
