چکیده مقاله:
The efficiency of judicial systems is essential for upholding the rule of law and public trust. This article examines key strategies for streamlining court procedures, focusing on case management reforms, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), digitalization, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). It identifies that effective case management significantly reduces backlog and delays, with jurisdictions such as England and Australia demonstrating notable improvements in case turnaround times. The adoption of ADR mechanisms has shown to expedite resolutions, with success rates in family and commercial disputes exceeding ۷۰%. Additionally, digitalization has transformed court operations by enhancing accessibility and reducing administrative bottlenecks, evidenced by the successful implementation of e-filing and remote hearings in Singapore. Furthermore, the strategic use of AI for automating routine tasks and supporting judicial decision-making presents a promising avenue for efficiency gains. However, the article also addresses critical challenges such as cultural resistance, resource constraints, and ethical considerations surrounding AI use. By offering actionable recommendations and highlighting best practices, this paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on judicial reform, aiming to ensure timely and equitable access to justice.
