چکیده مقاله:

ویژگی­های ریختاری و دی­الکتریکی نانوکامپوزیت­های PbFe۱۲O۱۹/(۱-x)Ni۰.۳Cu۰.۲Zn۰.۵Fe۲O۴(x)، که در آن x درصد وزنی و برابر با ۰، ۶، ۱۲، ۳۰، ۶۰ و ۱۰۰ درصد است بررسی شدند. نمونه­ها پراش­سنج پرتو X، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشر-میدانی و LCR سنج، مشخصه یابی شدند. افزایش تخلخل در نمونه­های میانی با مقادیر هگزافریت سرب موجب کاهش مقدار بخش حقیقی ثابت دی­الکتریک شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می­دهد که رسانش نمونه­ها را می­توان ناشی از حرکت کوتاه­برد حامل بار دانست که با سازوکار جهش پلارون کوچک توضیح داده می­شود.
