چکیده مقاله:
In recent years, the spot welding process has garnered significant attention in industries dealing with metal sheets due to its high speed and cost-effectiveness. This study aims to improve the properties of spot welds in galvanized sheets by incorporating carbon and metallic reinforcements through the recycling of steel chips and the synthesis of graphene. Galvanized steel sheets with a thickness of ۰.۵ mm were used as the base material, while reduced graphene oxide (RGO), steel chips, and ball-milled steel chip powder were utilized as reinforcements. SEM, XRD, and corrosion tests were conducted to analyze the characteristics of the welded zones in the fabricated samples. The results obtained from these tests confirmed the presence and positive impact of RGO and recycled chip powder. The corrosion test findings indicated that the corrosion rate of the weld zone was ۰.۲۵۷ μm/year for the unreinforced sample and ۰.۱۰۳ μm/year for the optimal reinforced combination
