چکیده مقاله:
Artificial intelligence (AI), particularly large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and GPT-۴, has gained significant attention in medical education due to its potential to transform learning processes. These models leverage deep neural networks to perform advanced language tasks, and they have shown promise in medical knowledge retrieval, clinical decision-making, and differential diagnosis. However, LLMs also face limitations, including hallucinations, bias, and the inability to incorporate context and nonverbal cues, which are essential in real-world medical practice. This paper explores the integration of ChatGPT into medical education, from preclinical to clinical phases, and its applications in enhancing student learning through interactive case generation and study aid. We also examine the ethical concerns surrounding the use of AI in healthcare, including issues of misinformation and privacy, and highlight the importance of understanding the strengths and weaknesses of these technologies as they become more integrated into healthcare systems.
