چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه:اگرچه مطالعات پیامدهای روان شناختی منفی سرطان پستان را گزارش کرده اند، وقایع تروماتیک با رشد شخصی همراه هستد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نقش اضطراب، افسردگی، حمایت اجتماعی و بهزیستی معنوی در پیش بینی رشد پس از سانحه در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. روش بررسی: یک مطالعه مقطعی با ۱۹۷ بیمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان در بیمارستان انکولوژی شهر بابل انجام شد. بیماران پرسشنامه هایی شامل رشد پس از سانحه (PTGI)، اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستان (HADS)، شخصیت پنج عاملی نئو (NEO-FFI)، حمایت اجتماعی درک شده (PSS) و بهزیستی معنوی را تکمیل کردند. یافته ها: شیوع PTG در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان (۸۰/۲ درصد) بیشتر از اضطراب (۵۲/۳ درصد) یا افسردگی (۲۵/۹ درصد) بود. نتایج مدل رگرسیون مرحله ای نشان داد که بهزیستی معنوی (۰/۰۰۱>p , ۰/۲۹۰= ß)، مولفه وطیفه شناسی (۰/۰۰۱=,p ۰/۲۳۴=ß) مولفه برون گرایی شخصیت ( ۰/۰۰۵=, p ۰/۱۸۸= ß) پیشگویی کننده های مثبت PTG در بیماران بودند. با این حال، حمایت اجتماعی کل و زیرمقیاس ها و سه ویژگی شخصیتی (روان رنجوری، گشودگی به تجربه، موافق بودن) با PTG در بیماران ارتباطی نداشتند. نتیجه گیری: بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان با مشخصات روان شناختی خاصی ممکن است احتمال بیشتری داشته باشند که در مواجهه با بیماری سرطان رشد شخصی را تجربه کنند. این یافته ها می تواند نشان دهنده توجه بیشتر پزشکان و پرستاران به نقش ویژگی های شخصیتی و بهزیستی معنوی در رشد شخصی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان باشد.
