چکیده مقاله:

Asthma is a condition in which your airways become narrow and swollen and may even produce excess mucus. This condition can make breathing difficult and cause coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath. Normally, with each breath, air enters your throat and airways through your nose or mouth and finally reaches your lungs. There are many tiny air passages in your lungs that help carry oxygen from the air into your bloodstream. Asthma is a chronic (long-term) disease that affects the airways in the lungs. The airways are the tubes that carry air in and out of your lungs. If you have asthma, the airways may become inflamed and sometimes narrowed. This makes it harder for air to flow through your airways when you exhale. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ۱ in ۱۳ people in the United States has asthma. This disease affects people of all ages and often begins in childhood. Certain things can make asthma symptoms worse, such as pollen, exercise, viral infections, or cold weather. These factors are called asthma triggers. When symptoms get worse, it's called an asthma attack. There is no definitive cure for asthma, but an asthma control and action plan can help you manage it more than you think. This plan may include monitoring, avoiding triggers, and using drug therapy. In this article, asthma has been thoroughly investigated
