Minichannel heatsinks are an excellent and expanding heat dissipation method for next-generation electronic devices. This study has investigated the numerical performance of forced convection heat transfer for a mini-channel heatsink using nanofluid and different fins as cooling. 〖〖Al〗_۲ O〗_۳ nanofluid with a volume fraction of ۰ to ۳% as a cooling fluid in a copper heat sink consisting of ۱۹ parallel rectangular mini-channels with a length of ۵۰ mm and a cross-section of ۱ mm × ۲ mm under a slow flow with Reynolds ۱۰۰ to ۹۰۰ have been investigated. The results of numerical studies showed that adding nanoparticles to water and adding fin to the mini-channel increases the performance evaluation criterion (PEC) of MC-Z channel by ۷۸.۶% compared to water in MC-N channel. Also, in the comparison of MC-N and MC-Z, it has been observed that the use of nanofluid 〖〖Al〗_۲ O〗_۳ has improved cooling by ۴.۰۲ degrees Celsius
