چکیده مقاله:
Law is a crucial element within society and is vital for the operations of any organization functioning globally. International law and trade form the foundational principles of global establishments, influencing their activities and engagements on a worldwide level. The use of secondary data is essential in the ongoing discussions surrounding this topic. The data employed in this research were gathered from secondary sources, with a specific focus on scholarly articles in the legal field, as well as from reputable sources. The primary emphasis of the research was on international organizations within the legal domain, acting as the primary participants in the study. The importance of law arises from various factors that prompt countries and individuals to partake in global trade and endeavors rather than limiting themselves to local pursuits. These drivers encompass the need to access resources, products, or services that are not easily obtainable domestically, the search for cost-effective options compared to locally manufactured goods, the desire to achieve economic benefits through exporting domestic resources, products, or services to offset import expenses, the intent to assist less developed nations in progressing, and the necessity to uphold military or political partnerships with trade allies. This study delivers an outline of international business law and trade, casting light on the different local and global bodies involved in overseeing global trade. Additionally, it offers a summary of the steps involved in negotiating an agreement for the international trade of a commodity, delineating both the benefits and obstacles related to engaging in global commercial transactions
