چکیده مقاله:

Given the increasing global prevalence of diabetes and the high rates of this disease in developing countries, the reason for this excessive growth can be traced back to the high consumption of sugar and starch in both developing and developed nations. Due to the numerous complications and high treatment costs of diabetes, the best solution is the use of non-pharmaceutical methods such as physical activity. Therefore, identifying effective training methods to improve inflammatory markers in these patients is of great importance. Objective:To investigate the effect of eight weeks of TRX training on some inflammatory markers in women with type ۲ diabetes.Methodology:The statistical population consisted of ۲۰ women with type ۲ diabetes who had been diagnosed with the condition for at least three years. The participants were divided into two groups: a control group (۱۰ people) and a TRX training group (۱۰ people). The experimental group performed TRX exercises for eight weeks, three sessions per week, while the control group did not engage in any physical activity. Blood samples (۵cc) were taken after ۱۰-۱۲ hours of fasting by a laboratory technician. Data was collected both before the intervention and ۴۸ hours after the last session of TRX training. The inflammatory markers IL-۶, TNF-α, and CRP were measured using ۱۵ human kits from Diaclon, France. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version ۲۵, employing both descriptive and inferential statistics. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to assess the normal distribution of the data, and Levene's test was employed to check the homogeneity of variances. Given the significance of the tests, a paired T-test was used to examine within-group differences, and an independent T-test was used to analyze between-group differences. The significance level was set at (p ≤ ۰.۰۵). Conclusion:The results of this study indicate that physical activity, including TRX training, reduces inflammatory markers in women with type ۲ diabetes. This can prevent inflammation and consequently reduce the severity of type ۲ diabetes. Therefore, TRX exercises can be considered a non-pharmaceutical method to improve inflammatory markers in these patients.
