چکیده مقاله:

Introduction Methods Gastric cancer is the fifth most common cancer and the third most common cause of cancer death globally. Risk factors for the condition include Helicobacter pylori infection, age, high salt intake, and diets low in fruit and vegetables. Data collection For this research, two sets of gene expression data based on microarray from the public database NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) (/http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo) were found that from the Gene extension numbers for the obtained data set, which keywords include tumoral gastric cancer and normal gastric cancer that contain GSE۱۵۸۶۶۲ which is also with GPL۲۲۷۵۵ (From the set of ۶ samples, ۳ gastric cancer and ۳ samples are normal cells.) The data obtained from the raw TXT file (Agilent) was downloaded and all datasets include samples and the Microarray ۲.۰ platform. From the data obtained from each group, raw TXT files were downloaded and preprocessed with Robust Multiple Array Averaging (RMA) for normalized background correction and log۲ transformation. Identification of differentially expressed long non-coding RNAs Differentially expressed (DELNCRNA) and long non-coding RNAs were identified with circular RNAs using the GEO package of the FC dataset and P-value < ۰>LogFC >-۵ and P-value < ۰>LogFC > -۵ and P-values<۰.۰۵, an increase in expression and a significant relationship between the data have been obtained.
