Novel PLG and FGA hub genes identified for metastatic liver breast cancer via NGS and Systems Biology techniques

چکیده مقاله:
Metastatic breast cancer to the liver, which is associated with the ability of uncontrollable and abnormal growth of disease cells and the spread and invasion of other body tissues; In recent years, it has left various statistics on the prevalence and deaths in the country and the world. The purpose of this study was to find suitable new diagnostic and treatment methods using differential expression of genes and protein analyzes in different systems biology methods. Research method: In the study, the GSE۴۶۱۴۱ microarray library was extracted by GEO database and analyzed with GEO۲R software. In this study, two groups of liver and breast were compared and investigated. Findings: In this cancer, ۱۵۰ genes had increased expression and ۲۸ genes had decreased expression, and protein interaction studies using the STRING database showed that ۱۰ hub genes were reported.In this study, for the first time, the hub genes PLG and FGA showed that they can have a significant effect with the interaction of ۶۰ and ۵۹, respectively, in the protein network of breast cancer metastasis to the liver. Results: PLG and FGA genes were reported for the first time in this disease for further studies to diagnose and treat metastatic breast cancer to the liver. Breast cancer is a major problem in Iranian women's society. To fix that, we have some insufficient solutions. The major of them is a full understanding of molecular behaviors. The current study is an effort to reveal some molecular behavior changes during liver metastatic tumors and primary breast cancer tumor. we used the GSE۴۶۱۴۱ dataset to extract ۱۷۸ differential expression genes (DEGs) by GEO۲R software. In addition, the STRING database was used to construct the protein-protein interaction (PPIs) network by Cytoscape software, order, the CentiScape plug-in utilized for most interactive genes from PPIs, so ۱۰ hub genes realized that only two PLG and FGA were not reported in previous studies. In conclusion, these two PLG and FGA were reported for the first time in this study as novel hub genes that have a possible role in metastatic liver breast cancer which could be used for diagnostic and therapeutic tumor-specific approaches.
