چکیده مقاله:

This article is a simulation-based study over the Selective Laser Melting (SLM) of the land-basedgas turbine engine parts (particularly turbine blades) which compares the displacements of theblade with the conditions of low-pressure turbine stages; Useful alloys and super-alloys that arebeing used in turbine blades are being discussed but the analysis and the focus is on Inconel-۷۱۸super-alloy. Further reviews are on the advancements in Selective Laser Melting technology and itsapplications in manufacturing of turbine blades. Key materials, manufacturing methods, effectiveparameters, and comparative analysis with traditional manufacturing techniques are discussed,highlighting the advantages and limitations of SLM.
