This study investigates the enhancement of metallurgical and mechanical Characteristic in ferritic stainlesssteel to Cr-Mo low alloy steel joints via High-Frequency Resistance Welding (HFRW). Various parameters, includingelectric potential, welding current, travel speed, and fin pitch, were adjusted during welding. Metallographic analysis,tensile strength, and hardness tests were conducted according to international finned tube standards. The diffusionzone, weld width, and depth were analyzed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Optimized parametersachieved a weld width ≥ ۹۰% of fin thickness, while reduced pitch and fin thickness minimized output surfacetreatment requirements, highlighting optimal HFRW conditions for finned tube quality
