چکیده مقاله:

Design is a concept that is rooted in the inherent talent and aesthetic perception of artists and designers. Thinking with a scientific approach to the issue of design, as opposed to art, which is the result of the artist's individual passion, is eager to find a creative and practical solution to the problem, which is why it has gained popularity in business. Design-driven companies, such as Microsoft, Apple, and Tesla, have outperformed the S&P ۵۰۰ by incorporating design thinking into corporate strategy. Meanwhile, design thinking can help with the development of new technologies, and it is also a technology in its own right—a social technology that drives business innovation and co-creation while encouraging stakeholder contribution and collaboration even in traditional businesses. The purpose of this paper is to take readers on a hands-on learning journey that explores the origins and evolution of design thinking concept. It also examines the case of Chamrosh Technologies, a platform that was launched by leveraging design thinking to transform the value proposition in the rug in order to protect and promote this legacy of Persian culture.
