Synthesis and Characterization of New NanoComposite of Poly[aniline-co- o-toluidine ]/Silica Supported Sulfuric acid Under Solvent Free Condition With out Any Template

A new nanocomposite of poly[aniline-co(-o-toluidine) with silica-supported sulfuric acid(Sio2.H2so4) has been synthesized by solid-state(solvent-free) condition for insitu polymerization copolymerization of monomers, (aniline and o-toluidine)in the present of silica-supported sulfuric acid as solid dopant acid with out any template. FT-IR and UV-vis were used for characterization and formation of copolymer and nanocomposite. SEM data were presented for the morphology of the composite.The average size of nanoparticles were reported 45 nanometers.
