چکیده مقاله:

Over the years, the pharmaceutical distribution chain has encountered escalating competition and globalization, significantly impacting the progression and management of the chain. Various dangers have surfaced at different levels of the pharmaceutical distribution chain due to these worldwide dynamics. The global expansion of distribution chains has resulted in increased vulnerability to dangers and frequent interruptions at various stages. To tackle these obstacles, it is essential to fortify the durability of distribution chains. This manuscript recognizes and ranks crucial dangers in the pharmaceutical distribution chain using the Fuzzy-SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) approach. Goals: The pharmaceutical distribution chain plays a pivotal role in the healthcare structure by guaranteeing the delivery of medications, particularly in nations where local pharmaceutical businesses offer necessary medicines. Nevertheless, there is a deficiency of research assessing dangers and interruptions in the pharmaceutical distribution chain. Dangers affecting pharmaceutical enterprises can obstruct the delivery of medications and influence the effectiveness of the healthcare structure. This analysis aims to appraise dangers in the pharmaceutical sector in Iran, taking into account the precedence of procedures, dangers, and the likelihood of risks. Techniques: The analysis was carried out in four phases: (۱) danger identification through a literature examination, (۲) danger identification in pharmaceutical enterprises through expert discussions, (۳) danger evaluation via a survey and expert conversations using the fuzzy approach and a grading scale (RS), and (۴) danger estimation using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach. Findings: A total of ۲۸ primary dangers were recognized in the pharmaceutical distribution chain from the viewpoint of pharmaceutical companies, classified into four categories (BOCR: Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, and Risks). The study stressed that most of the significant dangers were linked to these ۱۵ key risks within the ۴ BOCR categories.
