چکیده مقاله:

Employees who work in the food industry are critical to public health and well-being. Their job satisfaction directly affects product and service quality. To improve the overall performance of the organization, managers must understand the factors that affect employee satisfaction. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the correlation between the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees using the job anchor questionnaire and the rough set theory approach with Rosetta software. This study showed that age, gender, and marital status significantly affect the satisfaction and loyalty of employees in the workplace. It also showed the relationship between public administration, technical skills, security and stability, job challenges, and overall job satisfaction. Identifying and addressing these factors is necessary to improve the performance of production organizations. As a result, managers should focus on identifying and removing existing barriers that hinder employee satisfaction.
