Hollow nano-structure the tubes may lead to strength and density of a few walls(۱/۸) and a good resistance against chemicals and having high thermal stability. The application part of carbon nanotube are: Precise photography ofbiological, chemical and biological sensors have a reliable and long life, identify and separate customizable DNA, genetherapy through genetransfer into cells by them, removing bacteria and . The activated carbon’s adsorption capacity is not only related to the superficial area and to the porestructure, but also to the chemical nature of the adsorbate and to the pH of the solutions. In this research we have studied aimed to compare theadsorption of dexamethasone by two adsorbent; multi carbon nanotube and activated carbon with the help of UV/VIS spectrophotometer jenway ٦٥۰٥model. Adsorption chart based on the wavelength of dexamethasone has been obtained and the relevant graph is plotted by considering factor of concentration. Four different concentration necessary for adsorption of dexamethasone on multi carbon nanotube and active carbon the maximum adsorption rate was determined. Study with on the results, the efficiency of that ovservation adsorptiondexamethasone by multi carbon nanotube was more than active carbon. The results can be useful in biological system and pharmacy.
