چکیده مقاله:

هدف پژوهش حاضر آگاهی از ارتباط بین برنامه درسی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای و انتظارات بازارکار بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، از نوع مرور نظام مند، انجام شد. ابتدا از میان ۵۲۳ مقاله پژوهشی و به روش پریزما ۲۴ مقاله، پس از رعایت ملاکهای ورود و خروج، انتخاب و با مطالعه و جمع آوری اطلاعات براساس منابع موجود، بررسی شدند. به طور کلی سه مضمون تحلیلی "چالش های اشتغال"، "به کارگیرندگان فارغ التحصیلان" و "برنامه درسی دانشگاه فنی وحرفه ای" و شش مضمون توصیفی "موانع استخدام فارغ التحصیلان"، "موانع زیرساختی در آموزش عالی"، "مهارت های اشتغال پذیری"، "مشارکت کارفرمایان و آموزش عالی"، "یادگیری تجربی" و " توسعه و بروز رسانی برنامه درسی" استخراج گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین برنامه های درسی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای و دیدگاه افرادی که این فارغ التحصیلان را استخدام می کنند رابطه ای وجود ندارد. رابطه بین ذینفعان مشارکتی نبوده و توازن میان آموزش و بازارکار برقرار نیست.
