CHARACTERIZATION PROPERTIES OF CHEMICALLY DEPOSITED NANOSTRUCTURE PBS THIN FILMS

PbS/glass thin films with same deposition temperature of 28oC and different deposition times 20, 40, 60 and 80 min, were produced by chemicalbath deposition method (CBD). Their nanostructuresand surface morphology were investigated by using XRD (X-ray diffraction) and AFM (Atomic forcemicroscope) respectively. The optical properties were studied by spectrophotometer (in the wavelength range 380-800 nm) and consequently were discussed relation between deposition time and nanostructures
