As reliance on uninterrupted power supply systems grows, ensuring theperformance and reliability of medium-power three-phaseUninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems has become crucial. Thispaper implements a novel approach to dynamic monitoring aimed atenhancing both efficiency and reliability. Traditional monitoringmethods often lack real-time insights into system performance andpotential failures. Our framework leverages advanced sensors and dataanalytics to continuously evaluate key metrics such as voltage stability,load capacity, and battery health.By implementing a predictive maintenance model grounded in machinelearning techniques, we facilitate proactive identification of anomalies,thereby preventing system failures. This approach also supportsadaptive energy management, optimizing UPS operation during varyingload conditions. Empirical evidence from experimental setupsdemonstrates significant improvements in operational efficiency andreduced downtime. Additionally, cloud-based monitoring solutionsprovide stakeholders with remote access to real-time data, enhancingoperational oversight.This paper contributes to the discourse on power system reliability,offering actionable insights for researchers and practitioners to improveUPS performance in critical applications across various industries. Ourfindings underscore dynamic monitoring as a vital strategy to ensure thelong-term reliability and efficiency of medium-power three-phase UPSsystems.
