In the process of committing a crime, which has been one of the most important concerns of all human societies throughout history and in the present era, many factors are involved and influential, and criminologists, sociologists and government leaders have always looked for the important factors in committing a crime. identify and reduce their impact, even if they cannot eliminate it completely. In the old days, very heavy punishments, mostly corporal punishments, were considered for the perpetrators, and even the people around and the family of the criminal were overshadowed. Over time, human societies came to the conclusion that people cannot be prevented from committing crimes by intimidation and many people commit crimes despite very heavy punishments. Therefore, the jurists presented theories about the characteristics of criminals and the effective factors in committing crimes by them and tried to understand the environmental, social, economic, cultural and individual factors and many other influencing factors, which made crime prevention much easier and less expensive for societies. There is, and in fact, the best way to deal with crime is to prevent it from being committed; The present article theoretically, descriptively and analytically examines the philosophy of growth-oriented prevention from the perspective of the Qur'an and religious teachings in the prevention of delinquency by children and adolescents. The findings and results of the research indicate that the holy book of the Qur'an clearly points out the causes of moral deviations and in the form of stories that have been shown throughout history to peoples who have taken the path of degeneration and misguidance and rebelled, and on education and training. Humans, especially in the context of the family, have many references, and perhaps criminologists, inspired by Quranic and religious teachings, will pay attention and take effective steps to achieve the goal of crime prevention, especially growth-oriented prevention. As no investment in Islam is more precious than good manners and education, and through this, in the program of education and upbringing and inspiration from the rich culture of Islam and its rules and teachings, a manifestation of growth-oriented prevention can be achieved.
