چکیده مقاله:
The application of fuzzy linear programming and solving optimization problems has a verylong history. In recent years, the number of people fired from large companies has increasedand one of the most important reasons for this issue is the performance of employees andtheir impact on the progress of organizations. In order to prevent it, it is necessary tocalculate the number of employees needed to carry out the desired projects of the company,according to the performance of the employees and the needs of the company and at thesame time, considering the optimal number of needed employees as an ideal number beforehiring. This value is achievable using optimization and fuzzy linear programming. In thispaper, by applying the fuzzy linear programming method, the problem of hiring employeesof a factory has been solved. And according to the findings, hiring more people does notnecessarily increase performance.
