چکیده مقاله:
Justice is one of the most important concepts and moralvalues that help us understand what is fair, or in other words, what isright and what is wrong. Justice flows in all aspects of people's livesand when it is established, everyone can get what they deserve andreach their inalienable rights. Supporting children and adolescents isthe foundation of social justice. In Iran's legal system, specialattention has been paid to protecting the rights of children andadolescents. This is reflected in various documents, including theConstitution, the Law on the Protection of Children and AdolescentRights, and the relevant regulations. Some of the important principlesof social justice in Iran's legal system regarding children are: the rightto life and health, the right to education, the right to equality, the rightto protection against harm, the right to participation. Also, Iran's legalsystem has provided various regulations and mechanisms to guaranteethese principles. Among these provisions, the following can bementioned: the establishment of juvenile courts, the appointment ofjudicial assistants, the use of disciplinary and educational measuresinstead of punishment. As a result, even though important measureshave been taken to protect the rights of children and adolescents inIran, there are still many challenges in this field. Among thesechallenges, we can mention poverty, domestic violence, workingchildren and children without guardians or poorly guardians. Theresult of social justice based on supporting children and teenagersincludes improving living conditions, increasing educational andtraining opportunities, maintaining the health and mental health of thisgroup of society, and creating job opportunities for them. Thesemeasures reduce poverty, unemployment, social instability andprevent addiction in this group of society. Supporting children andadolescents is the foundation of social justice. A society that valuesprosperity and equal opportunities for all children will be a more sustainable society. Finally, it should be acknowledged that byinvesting in the field of children's rights, we can create a more justand child-friendly society.
