چکیده مقاله:
Fast fashion is increasingly growing as a result of copyrightinfringement of successful fashion designs in response to the demandfor cheap and low-quality trendy clothes that rely on child laborbecause a major part of this process requires cheap and low-skilledworkers. This article aims to investigate the relationship between fastfashion and child labor and the areas of abuse and employment ofchildren in the supply and supply chain of fashion and its works bydescriptive and analytical method and study of library and internetsources. Contrary to the legal deterrents of child labor (CL) as a directresult of poverty, still the main problem of fast fashion and throughoutthe supply chain of fashion from the production of flax seeds to thedesign, sewing and preparation of clothing by depriving them of theirbasic rights to education, necessary care, Feeding and forced toperform heavy, tiring, dirty tasks in long hours and dangerousconditions can be seen. This problem not only has serious physicaland psychological effects, but also affects the economy and growth ofthe countries involved in it, which requires, among other things, legalmeasures to deal with the phenomenon of fast fashion as anintellectual property crime and to protect children's rights.
