Background and Aim: Planning to institutionalize andImprove the Level of insight and Legal-Criminal Literacy of Childrenis a Trans-educational Solution that is Considered in the light ofCriminology For Children(C۴C) as a Method or Factor that Helps inthe Correct understanding of Criminal issues and the Formation ofPhilosophical criminal Imagination; An action that definitely has aneffect in providing more reliable Criminal analyzes of various eventsin Society and increasing criminal understanding, as well as seriouslyrevising the Methods of the educational and legal system in dealingwith them. Undoubtedly, this process has a great role in reformingCriminal policy-Making in societies and methodically invitingchildren to participate in the field of understanding Criminal issues.Method: The Method of this study is descriptive-analytical and itsdata collection instrument is documentary-Library.Results: If the School, Educational system and Programs such ascompulsory education and many other Measures for children have aphilosophical connection with principles such as Teaching Law andCriminology to children, we can hope for the development ofCriminal science in society. Otherwise, as evidenced by thedemographic facts in the societies, in the near future, the rate ofcriminal crises in the society and especially the intellectual weaknessin understanding them will increase.Conclusion: The principles of Criminology for children are neverlimited to the reform of the education system for Children or theexpression of educational texts and resources with legal-criminalcontent for them. Improving the level of criminal literacy of childrenis one of the prerequisites for the development and emergence ofcriminal imagination in their existence and their achievement of theability to truthfully understand Criminal issues. Such an event alsorequires an increase in Over-time Skills.
