چکیده مقاله:

Seismic reliability analysis of power network requires a simple but innovative idea based on imprecisesoft methods of system reliability analysis instead of sophisticated approaches which are based ondetailed dynamic power network analysis. This idea would provide a global view of the seismic behaviorof power network in a glance which is much more useful in system management than the préciseddynamic assessment which is time and cost consuming and barely repeatable. Obviously, thedynamic approach could be applied for further sophistication, once the global view is created. In thispaper, the performance of the power network is reduced to a simple connectivity problem and the dynamicindices of power network performance and stability like "Voltage" and "Frequency Fluctuations"as well as the "Power Unbalances" are referred to casual and customized assessment whenrequired by power network managers. In this way, although the seismic reliability of nodes of powernetwork situated far away from the seismic areas can’t be detected properly, good estimates can beobtained for areas close to the seismic epicenter
