چکیده مقاله:

The majority of tomographic studies minimize the difference between seismic observations andpredictions of these observations from simplified models of the Earth (tomographic models).Alternatively, another approach, inspired by Backus & Gilbert's work in ۱۹۶۸, focuses on enhancingthe resolution of Earth models. One such method, SOLA, which is a computationally feasibleadaptation of these linear local averaging techniques, was introduced to seismic tomography by Zaroliin ۲۰۱۶. Properly implemented, SOLA helps mitigate artifacts resulting from uneven path coveragewhile offering insights into model uncertainties and resolutions. We used Rayleigh wave dispersioncurves obtained from vertical component seismograms of local and regional earthquakes that occurredfrom ۲۰۱۲ to ۲۰۲۲. We also used cross-correlations of ambient seismic noise from January ۲۰۱۳ to theend of December ۲۰۱۵. We present group velocity maps at periods between ۱۰ to ۵۰ seconds as wellas maps of model resolution lengths and uncertainties
