چکیده مقاله:

Bleeding is a dangerous factor for human health in accidents and incidents. As a result of severebleeding, the function of some organs may be disturbed or even lead to death. In surgeries andemergency situations, a blood clotting can save the lives of many people. The process of ligation andwound healing consists of several coordinated stages, the first stage of which is to stop bleeding,which is known as hemostasis, and the next stages of healing are inflammation, proliferation, andremodeling. Two types of regenerated cellulose and non-regenerated cellulose have been used to stopbleeding, which has been superior according to the results of regenerated cellulose. In this research,the methods of regeneration, oxidation, animal and cell tests related to oxidized cellulose have beeninvestigated.
