چکیده مقاله:

Studies demonstrate that worry and feeling low are significant parts of doing well in school. This research aims to see how these feelings affect students' grades. High school kids under eighteen were in the study, and the big things to look at were worry, strain, and feeling low. More girls had high worry (۲۱% to boys ۱۱%), and more boys felt low (۳۰% to girls' ۱۸%). And the less worry and low feelings, the higher the grades. The levels of worry and age did not vary much, but ۱۸-year-olds felt much lower than others. It is the key to helping teenager not just in school but in their heads too, by using things like speech-based therapy, life skills, and school advice. We need to focus more on kids feeling low and worried. This study will aid pros and teachers make plans to help their students feel better.
